May your 2012 be filled with Love.
We wish our eldest member, Elsbeth all the best as she moves to Toronto to be with her
children.
A friendly Oakville United Church - where our children are very important. Sunday School is during worship and is fun for children. Children participate in worship. A family church. Wonderful music. Great sermons .Guest leader for Bible Study. Three choirs. For all ages. You see here both Rev. Lexie hugging Elsbeth "God Speed" and one of our original members and friend , Jean with Elsbeth
Wonderful news for this year . We look forward to having a new Christian Education Minister, Deborah Laforet, to work with Rev. Lexie beginning the first of July. We have had a long wait, but this week many in our congregational family had the wonderful opportunity to welcome Deborah and her two sons, Evan and Josh. While her husband had to remain in Saskatchewan, they came to see us along with Jeff's parents from Windsor. Deborah is presently serving a rural congregation near Saskatoon.(More pictures if you go to our "pictures" page)
We want you to feel welcome. We are part of the United Church of Canada.
